We're shipping this as Claim Programs, a new program type in Incentives. Admins can set up rewards for things like training completion or KPIs: who's eligible, points per claim, optional proof, deadline, and a point budget. When an employee completes the task, they submit a claim; once an admin approves it, points are issued from that budget.
